Another goodie! This FREE 12 minute Tabata workout with weights calls for body weight & dumbbell intervals. Combining the two in this HIIT format make it a fat burning & strengthening full body routine.

This workout is called "UNLEASH-X" which is part of the "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series. Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
