We've got a killer, calorie burning, no equipment Tabata workout for women! This FREE body weight HIIT workout calls for a "strong woman" attitude.

In just 15 minutes, you will work your cardio and strengthen your full body. This workout is called "UNLEASH" which is part of the "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series.

Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!

-Programming- 3 blocks. 2 exercises. 4x 1min recovery b/w blocks

-Equipment- Mat (Optional)
