Today's 12 minute intense bodyweight workout uses body weight only for an intense cardio HIIT based, calorie burning, no equipment routine. It is perfect if you're looking for high intensity sweat. This workout is called "UNLEASH" part of "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series. Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch.
