I am super obsessed with this particular full body workout. ;) Using dumbbells only, we work a 12 minute quick circuit workout without any breaks. Because it is non stop in movement, it feels like cardio, making this a fat burning , a full body metabolic conditioning workout. The exercises are dynamic in nature multiple muscles, compounded exercise dumbbell complexes.
