This workout is called "MaxOUT" - part of "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series. What's so great is you can do this workout anywhere as long as you have access to dumbbells.

Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch. Please have water & a towel nearby.

-Programming- 4 blocks. 2 exercises. (Strength followed by Cardio) 30s work. 3x 1min recovery b/w blocks
