Today is a REALLY GOOD ONE - We've got a seriously sweaty shadow boxing workout for you; no equipment, no noise, no problem. This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass.
Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
