I've created an awesome ab workout for you today! Not only will we workout our abs but also deep core muscle moves that'll get you real results, especially for women.
It's called "ROCK SOLID" - part of "RIP THEN ROCK" 12 Minutes Workout Series. We target abs, obliques, back, & some arms too. :) We do ab intervals of bodyweight & dumbbell exercises to create a tight core. Please warm yourself up before and cool down after the workout. -
3 blocks. 2 exercises (body weight followed by dumbbells).
20s/20s work, 40s/40s work, 60s/60s work, (time progression) 40s recovery b/w blocks
1 challenging dumbbell & 2 mediums. Mat (Optional)
