 This FREE 12 minute HIIT workout uses body weight for a CARDIO based, calorie burning, total body routine. No equipment & a sassy strong attitude ! This workout is called "UNLEASH" part of "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series. Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
