Today's full body HIIT workout is a short calorie burning intervals of STRENGTH with dumbbells & body weight CARDIO. This can be done at home or anywhere (as long as you have access to dumbbells.) Get ready to rep & sweat! This workout is called "MaxOUT" - part of "RIP THEN ROCK" workout series. Give yourself time to warm up, cool down & stretch. Please have water & a towel nearby.
4 blocks. 2 exercises. (Strength followed by Cardio) 30s work. 3x 1min recovery b/w blocks
Dumbbells (A medium & heavier set in case you want to increase or decrease your load.). Mat (Optional) #hiit #calorieburn #hiitworkout
