I call today's killer core burner workout for women "ROCK SOLID" - part of "RIP THEN ROCK" 12 Minutes Workout Series. (abs, obliques, back, & some arms). :) We combine multiple dynamic, intense, advanced abs & core (body weight & dumbbells' strength) exercises in intervals making it fat burning . Feel free to do this in your home, gym or outdoors. Please warm yourself up before and cool down after the workout.
3 blocks. 2 exercises (body weight followed by dumbbells). 20s/20s work, 40s/40s work, 60s/60s work, (time progression) 40s recovery b/w blocks
1 challenging dumbbell (you can always grab another that is heavier or lighter depending on the exercise). Mat (Optional)
